M.J. Willard founded NTI in 1995 to help people with severely reduced mobility find home-based jobs. As principal investigator on telework research grants from the U.S. Departments of Education and Labor and the AT&T, Robert Johnson, and Mott Foundations, Dr .Willard has focused on developing practical home-based work solutions for people with disabilities. M.J. has worked with individuals with significant physical disabilities since obtaining her Ed.D in Behavioral Psychology from Boston University in 1978. She is recognized as an authority in the field of telework options for people with disabilities.
Alan is a 25 year veteran in the technology and contact center space. He has worked at such companies as Hewlett Packard, KANA Software and the Aberdeen Group. Mr. Hubbard also has worked in several startup companies and he has designed, developed and implemented multiple customer care organizations. He has his Bachelors in Information Systems and Masters in Business Administration from Bentley University.
Pamela is responsible for NTI’s customer contact center services. With over 30 years experience in the telecommunications and consumer products industries, she has held positions of increasing responsibility in the technology industry at companies such as AT&T, NCR, Lucent, Cincinnati Bell, Willow CSN, and Homesthatclick.com. She holds a BA from University of Colorado.
Joe manages NTI's employee recruiting program. He has worked for NTI for 15 years, and his team remotely recruits and qualifies individuals with disabilities to match them with home-based telework jobs. Before joining NTI he managed a 100-person call center operated by Educational Loan Services. His extensive call center experience and ability to understand the challenges confronting call center managers suits him particularly well for his role recruiting vocational rehabilitation workers. Joe received his B.A. from Central Connecticut College.
Lynda directs NTI’s human resources program, serving a virtual workforce of disabled individuals working from homes across the United States. She has been with NTI for six years. Lynda spent ten years contributing within the mental health field before transitioning to human resources. She earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts and maintains her certification as a Professional in Human Resources.
Peter manages NTI's corporate IT infrastructure, including the website, internal networking, data management, and technical support. He was also instrumental in developing the company's distance training programs. Peter is also the co-owner of a U.S. business patent US20080275717. Before coming to NTI Peter was a senior IT consultant.
Michelle is responsible for transcription operations. In this role she manages client relations, technical implementations, personnel management, and quality standards. With over 12 years experience in the transcription industry, Michelle has managed our transcription team since 2005. Prior to that, Michelle was a Transcription Supervisor with MedQuist. Her knowledge of the industry, including operations and account management, allows her to address client needs with confidence.
Tom as NTI's Director of Finance is responsible for leading NTI's accounting and finance team. Before joining NTI he served as the CFO for the Archaeological Institute of America, a Boston based non-profit. Tom has a Masters degree in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University as well as over 25 years of Finance/Accounting experience in the Broadcast/Media, Retail and Distribution industries.
