Customer Service Jobs

Customer service positions include: processing hotel or airline reservations, handling requests for forms or publications, helping customers resolve billing issues, accepting their catalog orders or answering customer inquiries about store hours, locations and products. The customer service representative will interface with customers by phone and sometimes by email. Agents may be trained to work on commercial contracts or for government agencies. Training typically takes 1-8 weeks depending upon the complexity of a particular position.

Technical Support Jobs

Technical support positions are very similar to basic customer service jobs but they involve assisting customers to resolve technical difficulties. Tech support jobs may involve being trained to help customers trouble-shoot cell phone difficulties or problems with their DSL, cable TV or satellite connections. Agents will be trained in the step-by-step procedures they need to follow to assist customers with their technical issues. Applicants should be comfortable about their ability to master technical content. Depending upon the complexity of the job, training may take from 2-8 weeks.

Quality Assurance Jobs

Quality Assurance agents listen to other agents handle calls and rate them on their performance. The Quality Assurance positions include but are not limited to the monitoring of: customer service phone calls, technical support phone calls, and technical support emails. Depending upon the complexity of the job, training may take from 1-3 weeks.

Medical Transcription Jobs

Our medical transcription positions entail transcribing physician dictated discharge summaries, operations, progress notes, consultations, history and physicals.

Requirements:

• Type over 150 lines per hour
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Have at least 2 years experience within the past 5 years

Sales Jobs

Sales positions require strong interpersonal skills along with good follow through. These positions involve making outbound calls to up-sell products and services.
