This means direct consideration for work-at-home customer service positions with commercial and government employers. Jobs involve answering phone calls from customers. Industry includes healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical, government entities, insurance agencies and service providers.

Featured Position: Service Desk - Contact Center AgentThis role offers the opportunity to provide support and assistance to individuals seeking information, guidance, and help with various programs. As an agent, you'll handle inquiries ranging from technical support to education award payments and student loan assistance. You'll be fully trained to build your confidence and experience, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

 This job can be full- or part-time. Earn between $17.82 and $18.09 per hour. The pay will be commensurate with the wage scale for your specific location, plus an additional $4.93 per hour worked will be paid into a 401a retirement plan. This position also includes internet reimbursement and paid training. An additional benefit of this job is that there are no weekend hours required. The job involves taking phone orders for tax forms and publications.
