NTI respects your privacy. We gather information from visitors to our site primarily to assist them in applying for jobs. We will ask for and use your information, including all the information you provide NTI in your registrations, pre-employment profiles, post-employment profiles, or at any other time, solely for business purposes.

We do share some of the information you provide in your application with the technology partners who operate our virtual call centers and supervise our employees and with any companies who actually hire applicants through NTI since they participate in the interview, training, and hiring process alongside NTI. We also submit the information you provide on designated federal government forms to the appropriate agencies responsible for conducting background checks on potential government employees.

NTI will never share your information with any third party without your prior written approval unless we are required to by law. However, NTI and its technology partners reserve the right to provide existing and potential business partners with information about employee profiles if any personally identifiable data, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers, has been removed.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
