NTI is a national nonprofit disability organization founded in 1995. Our mission is to help the disability community and their family caregivers find jobs with our contracted employer-partners.

We can simplify your life by handling all the administrative aspects of employment, including training, onboarding, payroll, and employee management with our Shared Administrative Services (SAS) model. At any given time, we are working with around 2000 qualified people who are searching for the right position. We can meet your low- and high-volume requests quickly, with the right people.
