National Telecommuting Institute (NTI) is a nonprofit organization that has been helping individuals with disabilities find work-at-home jobs since 1995.

As a pioneer in the work-from-home movement, NTI opened the first-ever virtual call center in the US government with the IRS. Each year we can assist about 500 people with disabilities and their family caregivers gain work-at-home employment. We do this by offering comprehensive support services including job coaching, career planning, resume writing assistance, and ongoing employment support services. Recognizing that individuals with disabilities may face unique challenges in their professional journeys, NTI's comprehensive approach aims to secure employment and provide the necessary tools and support for long-term success. Through these tailored services, NTI ensures that individuals with disabilities find remote job opportunities and thrive in their chosen careers.

The only thing stopping us from helping more people each year is having the funds and staff to support our mission.
